A Legacy of Beauty, Intellect, and

Purpose...

Ashley Ball is a presence advisor, strategist, and storyteller whose life and work bridge identity, influence, and intention. Raised in a small Southern town, she carries with her a deep sense of grounding—one that informs her quiet power, sharp perspective, and commitment to legacy. She is guided by the idea that real beauty begins within and radiates outward.

Her path began in Washington, D.C., where she served in The White House under First Lady Michelle Obama. This experience forever cemented her reverence for service, image, and storytelling. Since then, Ashley has advised public figures, high-impact professionals, and mission-driven brands across industries including nonprofit, public affairs, hospitality, technology, and healthcare. Her work spans executive brand clarity, reputation strategy, and narrative refinement, with a signature focus on helping people align who they are with how they’re seen.

Influenced by her father’s work in real estate development, Ashley also leads housing initiatives as a partner in her family firm, focusing on middle-income housing and solutions for rural housing instability. Beyond this, she is an adjunct professor, bringing her wide-ranging expertise into the classroom, bridging academic insight with real-world applications to shape the next generation of leaders.

Recognizing that artificial intelligence was reshaping the communications industry, she launched her boutique agency in 2024 with the belief that while technology can accelerate content, it cannot replace human judgment, authentic relationships, or compelling storytelling. Today, she helps executives and organizations communicate with clarity, credibility, and a distinctly human voice.

Her work integrates executive positioning, strategic messaging, and authentic storytelling for leaders navigating growth, increased visibility, and reinvention.

Ashley is also active on Substack (@beautyinaball) where she reflects on identity, ambition, culture, and the lifelong practice of self-mastery. Her personal blog and editorial platform, Lily x Classie, serves as a platform for womanhood, faith, resilience, and becoming. In both spaces, her reflections invite readers into honest, unfiltered territory and offer a glimpse into both softness and strength, and a life led with discernment and devotion.

Her philanthropic journey has included board service with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, volunteer work with Little Lights, a D.C. based organization supporting families in public housing, serving on the board for Pregnant and Black, Inc., a Houston based non-profit focused on maternal health equity, as well as offering workshops and mentorships to preserve the legacy of African American debutantes. Today, she continues her commitment through causes focused on housing access, family preservation, and opportunity for underserved youth. She is an active member of the Junior League of Dallas.

Ashley earned her degrees from the University of Mississippi and Georgetown University. Her impact, however, is best measured in the stories she shapes, the presence she cultivates, and the legacy she continues to build.

“My work blends leadership, business, and self-mastery, helping individuals and brands harness emotional intelligence and strategy to cultivate authentic, lasting influence.”
