A Legacy of Beauty, Intellect, and

Purpose...

Ashley Ball is a presence advisor, strategist, and storyteller whose life and work bridge identity, influence, and intention. Raised in a small Southern town, she carries with her a deep sense of grounding—one that informs her quiet power, sharp perspective, and commitment to legacy. She is guided by the idea that real beauty begins within and radiates outward.

Her path began in Washington, D.C., where she served in The White House under First Lady Michelle Obama. This experience forever cemented her reverence for service, image, and storytelling. Since then, Ashley has advised public figures, high-impact professionals, and mission-driven brands across industries including nonprofit, public affairs, hospitality, technology, and healthcare. Her work spans personal brand clarity, reputation strategy, and narrative refinement, with a signature focus on helping people align who they are with how they’re seen.

Influenced by her father’s work in real estate development, Ashley also leads housing initiatives as a managing partner in her family firm—focusing on solutions for rural housing instability.

In 2024, she launched her boutique agency with a clear mission: to help leaders lead with clarity and be seen with substance. Her offerings blend image, messaging, and meaning—crafted for those navigating visibility, evolution, or reinvention.

She is also the voice behind Lily x Classie, her personal blog and editorial platform where she writes about womanhood, faith, resilience, and becoming. Her reflections invite readers into honest, unfiltered territory and offer a glimpse into both softness and strength, and a life led with discernment and devotion.

Her philanthropic journey has included board service with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and volunteer work with Little Lights, a D.C.-based organization supporting families in public housing. Today, she continues her commitment through causes focused on housing access, family preservation, and opportunity for underserved youth. She is currently completing her provisional year with the Junior League of Dallas.

Ashley earned her degrees from the University of Mississippi and Georgetown University. Her impact, however, is best measured in the stories she shapes, the presence she cultivates, and the legacy she continues to build.

“The parts of our story we resist often ignite our purpose. My work helps people embody their truths with presence and power.”
